These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TheCorp.Shop website and services.
1. Our Role as Resellers
We provide reselling and introduction services for ready-made companies sourced from independent third-party providers including formation agents, nominee service providers, accounting firms and law firms.
Unless we clearly state otherwise that TheCorp.Shop is the seller for a particular listing, any contract for the sale and purchase of a company is made directly between you and the relevant third-party provider, not with TheCorp.Shop.
2. No Legal, Tax or Financial Advice
Information on this website and provided through our services is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment or other professional advice.
You must obtain independent professional advice from qualified advisers before:
- Purchasing any ready-made company
- Relying on any information provided through our platform
- Making decisions about company structure, tax treatment, banking or compliance
We accept no responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of general information provided through TheCorp.Shop.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts
- Not be subject to sanctions or on any prohibited lists
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
4. Services Provided
We facilitate:
- Access to ready-made company listings
- Coordination between buyers and third-party providers
- KYC/AML document collection and forwarding
- Transaction process management
We do not form, own (except where stated), manage or guarantee companies listed.
5. Third-Party Providers - No Responsibility
All formation, nominee services, accounting, legal work, compliance and company maintenance are performed exclusively by third-party providers. READYMADE LTD accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:
- Any act, omission, negligence, error, misrepresentation or default by third-party providers
- Quality, accuracy or completeness of services provided by third parties
- Any claims, disputes or issues arising from third-party performance
You must raise any concerns directly with the relevant third-party provider.
6. KYC/AML Requirements
You agree to provide complete, accurate documentation for identity verification including:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address
- Beneficial ownership details
- Source of funds (where requested)
We or third-party providers may refuse transactions if KYC/AML requirements are not met.
7. Payments and Refunds
- Payments processed via crypto, bank transfer, and major credit cards
- Refund eligibility determined by provider terms and transaction stage
- No refunds after company transfer completion
- All fees final once services rendered
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, READYMADE LTD, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
Direct losses:
- Any loss or damage arising from transactions with third-party providers
- Issues with company formation, compliance or maintenance by providers
- Inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information from third parties
Indirect losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill
- Consequential, special or punitive damages
Total liability cap: Limited to fees paid directly to READYMADE LTD in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide NO warranties or guarantees regarding:
- Suitability of any company for your purposes
- Ability to obtain banking, payment processing or licenses
- Future tax treatment or regulatory compliance
- Absence of unforeseen liabilities
Companies offered "as is" based on third-party representations.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit without permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- You breach these Terms
- KYC/AML checks fail
- We suspect illegal activity
- Required by law or regulators
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
